GREAT LAKES COLLEGE, FORSTER CAMPUS NON-OPERATIONAL

A member of the Great Lakes College, Forster campus school community has tested positive for COVID-19.
The school will be non-operational for the on-site attendance of students and staff to allow time for contact tracing and cleaning.
Students who are sitting HSC exams are advised that exams will continue as planned. Additional information will be provided directly to these students.
All staff and students are asked to self-isolate until you receive further advice. There is no requirement to get a COVID-19 test at this time unless you are unwell.
NSW Health has requested anyone who has been unwell or if you develop any symptoms such as a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, loss of smell/taste, muscle/joint pains, diarrhoea, nausea/vomiting or extreme tiredness to be tested at one of the COVID-19 testing clinics.

CHATHAM HIGH SCHOOL REOPENING

Chatham High School was made non-operational for the onsite attendance of staff and students due to a member of our school community who tested positive to COVID-19.
The NSW Department of Education and NSW Health have been working closely to ensure the health and safety of all students and staff is maintained. This work has included identifying close contacts of the confirmed case.
The students and staff identified as contacts have been notified and asked to self-isolate for the required period.
The school has been thoroughly cleaned and our school will be operational for the onsite attendance of staff and students from Tuesday 16 November 2021.
Students who are sitting HSC exams are advised that exams will continue at the school as planned.
